For Our Contractors
We accept extended periods of time off to support a healthy work/life balance for our team. We only ask for a notice of the days to ensure consistent care for our clients. We value reliability and do not view time off as a lack of commitment. This flexibility is important and improves the quality of time commited to clients.
Where We Are
We currently serve Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties in Florida, with plans to expand into additional counties as we grow our team. We are partnering to bring the same model to Tennessee in the near future. The structure stays the same.
