About the Role

WeCleanItOut LLC is hiring independent contractors to provide in-home cleaning and non-medical companion support services to our clients in FL, Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County.

This is a position where you travel to client locations and manage your own availability.
We accept extended periods of time off to support a healthy work/life balance for our team. We only ask for a notice of the days to ensure consistent care for our clients. We value reliability and do not view time off as a lack of commitment. This flexibility is important and part of our worker first structure.

  • Routine and occasional deep cleaning of client homes
  • Non-medical companionship and social support for clients
  • Travel to job sites within your preferred service area

Service Area & Scheduling

Contractors typically accept jobs within their county of residence. You may choose to work in a smaller area or expand across multiple counties for more opportunities.
You will choose assignments that fit your schedule. Job requests are offered in advance notice; day to a week out.

Requirements & What to Know

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes and on-site liability. Residential general liability insurance is strongly recommended.
Reliable personal transportation is required. Contractors must drive to client residence, every job is independent.
Sitting services look for individuals with reliability and experience with clients.

Compensation & Questions

Starting at $25.00 per hour for Cleaning Services, paid per job.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position and workers are responsible for their own taxes. Qualifying candidates will submit a W9 form and sign company contract.
